Anastasia has been teaching Kundalini and Naam Yoga for 9 years. She has just returned from 12 years of living and teaching in New York and has studied with teachers including Yogi Bhajan, Sat Jivan Singh, Sat Jivan Kaur, Satkirin Kaur and Gurunam, Dr Joseph Michael Levry.

DOUG
Jivamukti
Doug trained as a yoga teacher at Samadhi Yoga in 2008 and subsequently travelled to New York to complete the Jivamukti Yoga teacher training.
Doug swapped his surf board for a yoga mat a few years ago and enjoys practicing and teaching a dynamic physical approach to asana.
As a teacher Doug is known for his good sense of humor and (as a vegan) fondness for cakes from Earth Cafe. |

GURU DEVI
Kundalini, Reiki, Sat Nam Rasayan
Guru Devi was born in Tokyo, Japan and has been practicing Hatha & Japanese Yoga since 1985. She completed her Level 1 Kundalini Teacher Training in 2008 with Gurujivan Kaur and Level 2 Training with Internationally renowned trainers. She is also a Level 3 Radiant Child Yoga teacher.
Guru Devi’s life mission is to share Kundalini as taught by Yogi Bhajan, to heal humanity. |

Mother of two lively young boys, Jana is passionate about supporting women and, in particular, mothers and families, through the ancient teachings of yoga. She leads regular women’s groups in Sydney and teaches Kundalini Yoga in her local community.
Jana combines her compassionate nature with a grounded practicality to empower students to follow their hearts and live their truth. |

Jivamukti, Kids Yoga
Jess began practicing yoga as one of her many after school activities in Primary School, she then came back to yoga from a different perspective during an intense period of illness as a young teenager. Since then yoga has remained a big part of her life, becoming a teacher in 2008. Jess is qualified in Hatha, vinyasa, restorative, Yin, Jivamukti and kids yoga. Jess’s classes are fun and inclusive with a focus on gathering tools for a happy life. |

KATHRYN
Kundalini, Kundalini Meditation, Gong Meditation
After practicing various forms of yoga for several years, Sarb Sewak Kaur (Kathryn) discovered Kundalini Yoga in Yucatan, Mexico in 2000 which inspired her to explore the teachings further.
Her journey took her to London and France where she completed level 1 and 2 teacher training and she is now a mentor with the Amrit Nam Sarovar Kundalini Yoga School in France.
She has been teaching for over a decade at leading yoga studios throughout London, including Triyoga and Alchemy and on workshops and retreats worldwide.
With a background in music and singing, she has a deep connection to the transformative power of mantra and pranayam. Sarb Sewak is passionate about sharing these powerful and uplifting teachings with as many people as possible.

KIREN
Hatha
Certified in New York (Yoga Alliance 2004), Kiren has taught yoga in London, Hong Kong, Los Angeles and New York. His personal journey began in the late 90’s, eventually leading him to study yoga in India where he was both humbled and inspired by practicing alongside the Dalai Lama’s monks in Dharamsala.
Kiren teaches a dynamic style of Hatha yoga. He sees his practice as a moving meditation where through the avenue of breath each pose merges seamlessly into the next. |

MANDEEP KAUR (Claudia)
Kundalini
Mandeep is a KRI certified Kundalini yoga instructor as well as a Sound healing practitioner. She brings together nature, art, dance, sounds and yoga.
She has been practicing kundalini yoga since 2007 and became an Instructor on 2010. She teaches and runs workshops in the Blue Mountains and the eastern suburbs. Expanding her knowledge of kundalini teachings for women she completed courses such as “Woman of light” (Chile, 2007) and “The Aquarian woman” (Australia, 2011). Her training in sound therapy compliments her approach to teaching. She blends traditional instruments such as the gong, the singing bowls and the crystal bowls.

Kundalini, Yoga for Addiction
Eight years ago Mel stumbled into her first Kundalini class and felt an instant connection. In 2007 she travelled to the home of Yogi Bhajan to immerse herself in teacher training. Upon returning home she began teaching in the Wayside Chapel and women’s refuges and spent significant time since understanding how she can share the magic of yoga and meditation with people recovering from addiction. Mel is dedicated to teaching to help people really heal their lives and be happy.

Shakti Dance
Natali has studied and worked with Shamans from around the world and teaches workshops and classes focused on sacred women’s medicine. She is inspired to create deep heart openings, reconnection to the earth and the unfolding of each individual’s greatest potential.
Natali is dedicated in assisting people to reclaim their passion, joy and presence through dance and meditation She is an accredited teacher of Kundalini dance.

NICKY
Hatha, Yin, Lunchtime Hatha Vinyasa
Nicky first trained in yoga over 20 years ago in the UK and since then she has trained in traditional Hatha yoga in California, dynamic Hatha and Vinyasa yoga in Sydney and London, Yin/Meditation (Insight) training with Sarah Powers, Restorative yoga and Anatomy with Judith Hanson Lasater, therapeutic yoga both with Susi Hately (Functional Synergy) and John Friend (Anusara).
Nicky’s students have included a wide variety of people, including well-known personalities and business executives, recovering addicts, adults with disability, pregnant ladies and mums and babies. She is passionate about the practice of yoga and the needs of her students.

Skye is passionate about the transformative power of Kundalini Yoga. Her classes are energetic and uplifting and inspire a deep connection to the soul.
She juggles teaching with her family life as a mother, freelance consultant and small business owner and therefore understands how yoga can bring peace and balance to a busy life.

TAMARA
Hatha
Tamara’s yoga journey started after a serious injury and surgery to her left hip. She was facing the probability of not being able to practise any physical activity again. Yoga then emerged in her life as a physical healing tool, which not only brought back her physical strength, but also captivated her mind and soul.
In her years of practice, Tamara has explored different styles such as Bikram, Kundalini and Hatha, both in Chile and Australia and completed her Hatha-Vinyasa teacher training with Sukha Mukha Yoga under the guidance of Idit Tamir and teachers like Katie Manitsas.
Yoga has influenced her life in such a beautiful and profound way, and Tamara hopes to be able share this gift, as a teacher and as a yoga student with all who can benefit from it.

Kundalini
Sahib Singh has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 1992. With a background in martial arts and eastern philosophy, Sahib fell in love with the power and beauty of Kundalini Yoga when a friend first took him to Sadhana (morning practice) twenty years ago. Since then he has: “accepted the gift of this amazing yoga practice and has never looked back”.
His passion is to guide people, using the technology of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, towards a deeper state of awareness and happiness.
