The masculine models have been profoundly questioned for the last fifty years and it became increasingly hard to identify with the ancestral macho man.At the beginning of the 21st century, the search for a new identity gave rise to several individual interpretations of what is being a man in the world of today.Men want to be actors of their own life and feel the need to be responsible for the choices and actions they take, including the consequences. However, the societal messages on their role are contradictory and they find it hard to find their balance.
While they do not wish to reproduce ancient schema of misogyny domination, they also lack of models and references to find the true man within.Kundalini yoga offers a space of authenticity, reaffirming our true identity through commitment and practice. Yogi Bhajan’s teachings give us a guidance to step into this quest of truth. Men have always grown together through cooperation and brotherhood, and not against each other through competition. Kundalini yoga offers us also a place to share, to be listened, and to be confronted in order to step out and break through the patterns and judgement banally imposed and commonly accepted: men are silent beings who hide in their activities and prefer suppressing their emotions rather than expressing them. After the destructive barbarians come the new warriors, after the tyrannic despots come the peaceful kings, … a new age for these new men, the “True men”.Thursday, May 30th 7.00pm – 9:30pm INVESTMENT: BOOKINGS: Satmukh Singh is based in China and is the co-founder of Ajai Alai Asia www.3aaa.asia. Love is Love with Sat Sarbat and Satmukh Friday 31st of May 6.30 – 9pm
Human love is for one thing only; to love your soul.
Then the Infinite world around you will be in love with you – Yogi Bhajan.
Love is an incredibly powerful word and the most spectacular, indescribable, deep euphoric feeling human beings can experience. Love always looks for total unity. It does not care of consequences. No matter the cost, it looks for the union and will destroy everything for it.
It is always a kind of tragedy and a beauty.
When you’re in love, you always want to be together, and when you’re not, you’re thinking about being together because you need that person and without them your life is incomplete. This happens because we cannot see that we are already complete and that love is about serving others. We remain attached to the form that rises, continues for a while and then dissolves. No form is forever: I love the form and then it changes. I am deceived, split and start looking again. It all starts with the illusion that the other one has something that makes us happy. The other one has the same expectation on us. Most of the time, relationships are the marriage of these two illusions and the failure is already programmed.
They have been sharing Yogi Bhajan’s teachings for several years in Europe and Asia and lead teacher trainings in different countries.

Seeing the New – Pneuma Yoga

As Pneuma Yoga is a new discipline, it is important to observe our minds in the process of learning something “new.” The ways in which one compares information as it is heard, processed, and interpreted can actually inhibit the learning of the new..
This is a time in which we must learn to open to receiving new information and let go of our tendencies to hold on to that which we have “known” before… This can be difficult for a scholar or yogi who has been highly influenced by ancient teachings and the way of tradition.
Yes, the sacred yogic texts are ancient and yes they contribute to this practice, so one might ask how is this new? The response is that now is a time for these texts to be read from the eyes of the new. It is the moment for the ancient to be comprehended from the solar mind. Our solar mind reflects a new psychology, a new experience of Art, a new sexuality, a new language, and a new spirituality. Now is the time to see from the eyes of our Being…from the eyes of our Inner Divine Mother and Father.
Every aspect of our practice as yogis must be re-evaluated to correspond with the future we are living into. From our pranayama, the way in which we breathe and what we breathe, to the prayers that emerge from our hearts and beyond our lips into presence, to the asanas we embody and why we practice them. Our vision is to offer a redefinition of the ancient ways…to utilize that which is timeless, and to update our mode of learning to flow with exactitude for the Now. We must not lose ourselves in the intellectual knowledge of the texts or of practices we have learnt over time. How can we ever be open to receive the new if we already “know”?
Beyond the energy, distraction, hype and confusion about the significance of 2012 and the end of the Mayan Calendar, there is a true transition in motion. That is the transition from the Kali Yuga to the Satya Yuga. This marks the end of the hyper-inflated egoic society that has absorbed humanity and the birth or beginning of a new humanity, a new age, the Golden Age. This is not something we will see overnight, or in 1001 nights…we simply do not know when this will be. It is up to our individual process of illumination.
This Golden Age is our future. It is a future in which the Golden Eagle states that humanity is illuminated…we are that humanity if we choose it. And it is an individual choice above all, to choose God in every moment. As the great initiate Moses states in the first commandment, “To Love God Above All Things.” A difficult concept in the midst of the Kali Yuga where “All Things” rule politics, society, and even “spirituality” which has become a market for selling product…yet this will not take us into the Golden Age.
So what will take us there and how does one go about this? Inner Work and Mystical Death…which could be defined, as the Venerable Master Samael Aun Weor states so eloquently, “conscious efforts and voluntary sufferings.”
Conscious Efforts- to live, breathe, pray and Be awake.
Voluntary Sufferings- to live, breathe, pray and Be in Mystical Death.
Mystical Death- One definition of this glorious sacred ritual is to detach from and to die to the ego that we love and to allow the birth of the Being.
Pneuma Yoga is a practice, which inspires us to move consciously and with devotion…to pray with authenticity, and to mediate in action. It is an invitation to a much greater body of work, which comes from the lineage of the Golden Eagle, a lineage from the future. It is an invitation to experience the education of the Pneuma System. This is a system, which assists and prepares humanity for the return home, for the illumination of our soul. In a time when there are so many options, distractions, and the planet is existing beyond capacity of ego, we are blessed to have a guiding light grace us upon the path of the Golden Eagle. It is due to the extreme density of the Kali Yuga that humanity requires celestial assistance and it comes in the form of the new.
Now is a time to practice the Art of Seeing the New…in our Inner Work, our practice, in our external work, in our dreams, and in our day-to-day lives.
Welcome to the Age of Aquarius where one of the key mantras of the times is “Inner Work.” The intention of this mantra involves the remembrance of fully enjoying and to take delight in the process of the Inner Work. This is a new Age and an Age of the new.
Inner Peace,
Ciela
Harmonium Fundraiser for Jivamukti
Satsang means coming into the company of the True; spending time with other like-minded people, and celebrating a common higher goal (in other words, hanging out with other Yogis).
Join Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teachers, Sandy and Karolina, as we sing Kirtan (devotional call-and-response chanting), meditate and discuss yoga philosophy. All donations will go towards funding a harmonium for the beautiful KMYOGA studio, to be enjoyed in every Jivamukti class by all students.
“During this time, Satsang is the most important yoga practice” – Sharon Gannon, co-creator of the Jivamukti Yoga Method.
JIVAMUKTI
Developed by Sharon Gannon and David Life, Jivamukti is a fun and dynamic practice that is accompanied by vibrant music. It incorporates many aspects of yoga with an emphasis on asana and activism. Each class focuses on a theme which is supported by Sanskrit chanting and references to spiritual texts.
