KMYOGA Space aims to support the growth of the Kundalini community and at the same time offers a diverse range of yoga and meditation styles that compliment the spirit of our vision.

 

KUNDALINI & MEDITATION

As taught by Yogi Bhajan, Kundalini is known as the ‘mother of all yogas’.  It can be easily integrated into a busy life, and it is one of the most powerful styles of yoga.  Focusing on the chakras, it is fast and effective at channeling creativity, increasing intuition, and awakening your full potential. The Kriyas help you to become physically, emotionally and mentally strong by developing a balanced nervous system and a healthy glandular and immune system.

 

JIVAMUKTI

Developed by Sharon Gannon and David Life, Jivamukti is a fun and dynamic practice that is accompanied by vibrant music. It incorporates many aspects of yoga with an emphasis on asana and pranayama. Each class focuses on a theme which is supported by Sanskrit chanting and references to spiritual texts. Watch a Video.

 

NAAM 

Founded by Dr Joseph Michael Levry (Gurunam), Naam Yoga is alchemy. It merges the science of breath, sound, mudra and rhythm with the science of yoga.  It will open your heart, rejuvenate your body, revitalise your mind and inspire your soul.

 

SADHANA

The purpose of Sadhana is to go beyond our ego and its limitations. It is an opportunity to clean up our inner world before we engage in the outer world. Sadhana begins with a traditional prayer called Japji and is followed by Kundalini Yoga, chanting and meditation. By donation, bookings not required. All donations go to the Kundalini Yoga Teacher’s Association (KYTANZ) scholarship fund.

 

SHIFT HAPPENS @ SUNRISE 

A one hour uplifting Kundalini Yoga class which will help you meet your day with incredible energy and focus.The early hours of the morning are a sacred time of day. The air is fresh and contains the greatest amount of prana (life force). Early morning yoga channels that energy. Spark the glandular system, cleanse the mind, balance the chakras and energise the body! This class will end with an optional 15min personal meditation.
