KUNDALINI MEDITATION
This Kundalini Meditation class begins with a short warm up, combining breath and movement, to prepare us for Kundalini Meditations as given by Yogi Bhajan.
These meditations normally combine posture, breath, mudras, mental focus and mantra. They are an opportunity to delve deeper into extended meditations that normally wouldn’t be taught in a regular Kundalini yoga class.
The meditations aim to balance the mind, improve mental focus, develop intuition and will take you to a place of great peace and real joy.
GONG MEDITATION
The Gong is a powerful tool to help shift the unwanted thoughts of the mind and facilitates in letting go of fear and resistance. Its sound vibration helps to eliminate diseased cells in the body, balance the chakras, clear the tension and release the blocks that hold us back form experiencing a deep sense of peace and relaxation.
This class incorporates Pranayama, Kundalini Kriyas and is followed by an extended Gong Meditation.
