Winter Wake Up Challenge

Combining Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda, Chrissie will take you on five week journey to support you through the Winter months. You will boost your immune system, increase your energy, detoxify, and more….

Throughout the five weeks:

• Activate the kidney energy to create strength, wisdom & courage
• Practice heart opening poses, stimulating immune supporting T cells
• Perform Inversions to activate the lymphatic system & release toxins
• Learn warming pranayama, dynamic standing poses, balances and twists that generate heat from the core
• Tips to help you meditate
• Understand more about Ayurvedic principles for health & wellbeing

Chrissie’s yoga style is dynamic hatha vinyasa inspired. She has also been trained in Quantum Yoga, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Iyengar, and Zen Qi.  Chrissy began her studies in Aryuveda in India and is now completing a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy.
