Introduction to Jivamukti – a beginners yoga workshop with Doug (25 February)
This two hour workshop is great for beginners with some experience or those new to Jivamukti, as focus will be on the fundamentals of asana sequencing, breath and alignment.
As well as exploring the physical yoga practice (asana) in a fun and uplifting environmnet, we will spend time investigating yogic philosophy that will de-mystify these ancient and powerful teachings and lead you onwards through your yoga practice.
Suitable for people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness backgrounds, this introduction to Jivamukti workshop with Doug will leave you feeling uplifted and inspired.

Doug trained as a yoga teacher at Samadhi Yoga in 2008 and subsequently travelled to New York to complete the Jivamukti Yoga teacher training. Doug swapped his surf board for a yoga mat a few years ago and enjoys practicing and teaching a dynamic physical approach to asana. Doug teaches Jivamukti at KMYOGA on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays.


Sahib Singh (Stan) has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 1992. With a background in martial arts and eastern philosophy, Sahib fell in love with the power and beauty of Kundalini Yoga when a friend first took him to Sadhana (morning practice) twenty years ago. Since then he has: “accepted the gift of this amazing yoga practice and has never looked back”.
Sarb Sewak Kaur (Kathryn) discovered Kundalini Yoga in Yucatan, Mexico in 2000 and has been teaching worldwide ever since. With a background in music and voice she has a deep connection to the transformative power of mantra and pranayam. She is a mentor with the Amrit Nam Sarovar Kundalini Yoga School in France and is passionate about sharing these inspiring and uplifting teachings with as many people as possible.
Kylie Wiillows has been practicing and studying traditional yoga for many years and is a Laughter Yoga Teacher internationally certified by Dr. Madan Kataria, the founder of laughter yoga worldwide. She believes that laughter yoga is about getting in touch with your natural and healthy desire to laugh freely and to express joy.
