Laughter Yoga Workshop with Kylie Willows 3 March 4pm – 5:30pm
Kylie will explain the theory and practice of laughter yoga and guide you through a series of fun exercises that reduce inhibitions and shyness. Discover breathing exercises and meditations that help you enjoy spontaneous laughter, finishing with a guided relaxation.
Participants are encouraged to focus on enjoyment rather than pushing themselves to laugh – generally laughter should not be strained or forced.

Kylie Wiillows has been practicing and studying traditional yoga for many years and is a Laughter Yoga Teacher internationally certified by Dr. Madan Kataria, the founder of laughter yoga worldwide. She believes that laughter yoga is about getting in touch with your natural and healthy desire to laugh freely and to express joy.

Sahib Singh (Stan) has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 1992. With a background in martial arts and eastern philosophy, Sahib fell in love with the power and beauty of Kundalini Yoga when a friend first took him to Sadhana (morning practice) twenty years ago. Since then he has: “accepted the gift of this amazing yoga practice and has never looked back”.
Sarb Sewak Kaur (Kathryn) discovered Kundalini Yoga in Yucatan, Mexico in 2000 and has been teaching worldwide ever since. With a background in music and voice she has a deep connection to the transformative power of mantra and pranayam. She is a mentor with the Amrit Nam Sarovar Kundalini Yoga School in France and is passionate about sharing these inspiring and uplifting teachings with as many people as possible.
